Job summary

Marshalls, a brand within The TJX Companies, Inc., is looking for teammates to deliver an outstanding customer experience in our Murfreesboro store. You will engage customers, maintain a clean, organized sales floor, and support operations, merchandising, and loss prevention efforts.

You will promote credit and loyalty programs, ring transactions accurately, and adapt to a dynamic retail environment. This role emphasizes teamwork, communication, and ongoing store maintenance to serve customers

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills.
• Able to work a flexible schedule to support business needs.
• Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Capable of multi-tasking.
• Able to respond appropriately to changes in direction or unexpected situations.

• Retail customer experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Rings customer purchases/returns accurately and counts change back to customer according to procedures.
• Promotes credit and loyalty programs.
• Maintains merchandising philosophy and follows standards.
• Prepares merchandise for the sales floor following company procedures.
• Initiates and participates in store recovery and safety practices.
• Supports loss prevention goals and programs.
• Other duties as assigned.
