Job summary

Responsibilities

• Promote an excellent customer experience and lead front-of-store operations.
• Train and mentor Associates on front-end principles and loyalty programs.
• Assign registers, coordinate breaks, and ensure proper POS coverage.
• Respond promptly to customer concerns and maintain store standards.
• Support store safety and adhere to labor laws and policies.
