Qualifications

• 1 year retail experience or equivalent preferred
• 6 months of leadership experience or potential for growth
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to train others and mentor associates

Responsibilities

• Promote an excellent customer experience and lead front-of-store operations
• Assign registers, coordinate breaks, and ensure POS coverage
• Train and coach associates on customer personalization and loyalty programs
• Ensure adherence to labor laws, policies, and store procedures
• Address customer concerns promptly and maintain a clean, safe store environment
• Support management on associate development and performance feedback
