Responsibilities

• Promote an excellent customer experience and lead front-of-store teams.
• Assign registers, manage coverage, and coordinate breaks for Associates.
• Address customer concerns promptly and maintain a clean, organized store.
• Train and mentor Associates on front-end principles and loyalty programs.
