Job summary

TJX Companies, Inc. is seeking a Front End Supervisor for TJ Maxx in Wheaton, IL to lead a team of Associates at the front of the store and promote an exceptional customer experience.

The role focuses on training, POS coverage, and ensuring adherence to store standards while supporting loyalty programs. You will supervise breaks, coordinate tasks, and communicate priorities with management, maintaining a positive, safe environment and a strong merchandising routine.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for customer-facing leadership.
• Experience leading retail teams or shifts is preferred.
• Ability to train and coach Associates on front-end responsibilities and loyalty programs.
• Attention to detail and the ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced store environment.

Responsibilities

• Promote an excellent customer experience and lead a team of front-of-store Associates.
• Assign registers, coordinate breaks, and ensure adequate POS coverage.
• Train and mentor Associates on front-end principles and loyalty programs.
• Address customer concerns promptly and professionally while maintaining store standards.
• Ensure adherence to labor laws, policies, and store procedures.
