Responsibilities

• Promote an excellent customer experience.
• Oversee front-of-store Associates and loyalty programs.
• Lead by example, engaging with customers and maintaining a clean store.
• Train and mentor Associates on front end principles and loyalty programs.
• Coordinate registers, POS coverage, and breaks; respond to customer concerns promptly.
• Ensure adherence to store plans and safety policies.
• Promote safety, shrink reduction, and credit programs.
• Provide feedback and recognize performance; partner with management on training needs.
