Marshalls in Gig Harbor, WA is hiring a Store Leader to promote an excellent customer experience and supervise front-of-store Associates, ensuring prompt, courteous service and promotion of loyalty programs. You will lead by example and keep the store clean and organized, while coaching others.

The role requires at least 1 year of retail experience and 6 months of leadership, strong merchandising knowledge, multitasking ability, and excellent communication and organization.

Formación

• 1 year retail experience and 6 months of leadership experience.
• Ability to work flexible schedule including nights and weekends.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsabilidades

• Promotes an excellent customer experience.
• Oversees front-of-store associates daily.
• Coordinates breaks and ensures proper POS coverage.
• Trains and coaches associates on customer service and loyalty programs.
• Maintains store cleanliness and safety.
• Ensures compliance with labor laws and store policies.
