Job summary

Marshalls at The TJX Companies, Inc. in Bloomington, MN is seeking a front-end supervisor to lead Associates, promote loyalty programs, and maintain a clean, organized store. You will train staff, coordinate POS coverage, and ensure a positive customer experience.

Requirements include 1 year of retail and 6 months of leadership experience, with strong merchandising knowledge, multitasking ability, and excellent communication. Night and weekend availability is expected in this role.

Responsibilities

• Create a positive customer experience at the front of the store.
• Promote loyalty programs and credit options to customers.
• Oversee Associates, assign registers, and coordinate breaks.
• Address customer concerns promptly to maintain satisfaction.
• Model and teach front-end standards and POS coverage best practices.
• Ensure adherence to labor laws, policies and store procedures.
• Train and coach Associates to improve service and efficiency.
• Collaborate with management on training needs and performance feedback.
