Job summary

Marshalls, part of The TJX Companies, Inc., Stratford, CT, is seeking a front-of-store leader to promote an excellent customer experience and train Associates on front-end principles. You will assign registers, coordinate breaks, and support loyalty programs while maintaining a positive store environment.

Qualified candidates will have 1 year of retail and 6 months of leadership experience, strong merchandising knowledge, and excellent communication skills.

• Available to work nights and weekends

Responsibilities

• Promote an excellent customer experience across front-of-store operations
• Lead Associates, assign registers, coordinate breaks and ensure coverage
• Train and mentor Associates on front-end principles and loyalty programs
• Promote loyalty programs and ensure safety and compliance with store policies
