Job summary

The TJX Companies, Inc. is seeking a Front-of-Store Lead at our High Point, NC location. You will oversee Associates at the front of the store, promote loyalty programs, and model exceptional customer service while maintaining a clean, organized environment.

Ideal candidates will have at least 1 year of retail experience with 6 months in leadership, strong merchandising knowledge, and the ability to train others. Flexible schedule including nights and weekends is required.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail experience and 6 months of leadership experience.
• Strong merchandising understanding.
• Capable of multi-tasking.
• Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to train others.

Responsibilities

• Promote an excellent customer experience and lead by example.
• Oversee front-of-store associates and ensure courteous service.
• Assign registers and coordinate POS coverage; manage breaks.
• Address customer concerns promptly and maintain a clean, organized store.
• Monitor compliance with labor laws, policies, and procedures.
• Support training needs with management to boost effectiveness.
