Job summary

The TJX Companies, Inc. is seeking a Store Leader in Greensboro, NC to oversee front-of-store operations and deliver outstanding customer service. You will lead a team of Associates, train them on loyalty programs, and ensure a clean, organized store while promoting safety and compliance.

Responsibilities include coaching staff, managing POS coverage, addressing customer concerns, and driving a positive shopping experience. Prior retail leadership and strong communication skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Promote an excellent customer experience and lead a team of front-end Associates.
• Train and coach Associates on personalizing the customer experience and loyalty programs.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and store policies.
• Promote safety and maintain a clean, organized store.
• Coordinate POS coverage and breaks for Associates.
• Resolve customer concerns promptly and communicate priorities to the team.
