Job summary

Marshalls, a part of The TJX Companies, Inc., is seeking a front-end leader to promote an excellent customer experience and mentor Associates at store level in Shoreline, WA. You will oversee front-end operations, train staff, and ensure loyalty programs are effectively executed.

You will coordinate POS coverage, respond to customer concerns, and maintain a clean, organized store while supporting management priorities and label promotions.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail experience; 6 months of leadership experience.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to train and mentor Associates on front-end principles.

Responsibilities

• Create positive customer experiences and promote loyalty programs.
• Lead front-end operations and ensure proper POS coverage and breaks.
• Train, coach and guide Associates to improve customer service.
