Job summary

Burlington Stores, Inc. is seeking a Customer Experience Lead to drive front-end operations and lead a team of associates. You will ensure a smooth checkout flow, maintain store organization, and deliver excellent service to customers on a fast-paced sales floor.

You will coach staff, coordinate daily tasks, resolve customer concerns, and support opening/closing duties while upholding Burlington's standards and policies. Weekend and holiday availability is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead front-end operations and checkout flow.
• Direct associates during shifts and adjust priorities as needed.
• Resolve customer concerns and escalate when necessary.
• Ensure merchandising standards and stock organization are maintained.
• Assist with opening/closing duties and front-end scheduling.
• Troubleshoot register issues to minimize disruptions.
• Partner with leadership to address service or execution gaps.
