Burlington Stores in Ledgewood, NJ is seeking a Full-Time Customer Experience Lead who will drive front-end operations, support associates, and keep the sales floor organized and ready to serve customers.

You will lead by example, coach teams, handle checkout, returns, exchanges, and resolve customer concerns while ensuring safety and merchandising standards; nights and weekends required.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail preferred (off-price, big box, or specialty retail environments are a plus).
• Strong customer service mindset and leadership abilities.
• Ability to coach, motivate, and coordinate a team in a fast-paced setting.
