Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail experience preferred (off-price, big box, or specialty retail environments are a plus).
• Ability to lead, coach, and motivate associates in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead front-end operations and guide associates during shifts.
• Ensure fast, friendly transactions and resolve customer concerns.
• Manage checkout flow, line management, and merchandising standards.
• Support scheduling and breaks for front-end team.
• Open and/or close duties as assigned.
• Partner with store leadership to address service or execution opportunities.
• Maintain stock and store organization in front-end and support areas.
