Job summary

Burlington Stores, Inc. is seeking a Customer Experience Lead to drive front-end operations and deliver a positive shopping experience in Charlottesville.

You will lead by example, coach associates, manage checkout flow, resolve customer concerns, and ensure the sales floor is organized and ready to serve our customers. This hands-on role partners with store leadership to maintain high service standards.
