Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service across the store.
• Coordinate daily front-end operations and checkout flow.
• Direct associates during shifts and adjust priorities.
• Ensure accurate transactions and handle returns, exchanges.
• Resolve customer concerns and escalate when needed.
• Maintain merchandising standards and front-end coverage.
• Perform opening/closing duties.
• Support scheduling and breaks.
• Troubleshoot register issues to minimize disruptions.
• Partner with leadership to address service opportunities.
• Assist merchandise flow and stock organization.
• Reinforce policies, safety, and procedures.
