Burlington Stores is hiring a Full-Time Customer Experience Lead in Brookfield, WI. You will drive front-end operations, lead a team, and ensure a welcoming, efficient shopping experience for customers.

You will model Burlington’s values while coordinating with store leadership to keep the sales floor organized and ready to serve. The role demands adaptability in a fast-paced environment, strong communication, and a commitment to excellent service.

Formación

• 1+ years of retail experience preferred (off-price, big box, or specialty retail environments are a plus)
• Strong customer service mindset and ability to motivate associates

Responsabilidades

• Lead by example to deliver excellent customer service across the store
• Support and coordinate daily front-end operations, including checkout flow and line management
• Direct associates during your shift, adjusting priorities to meet business needs
• Ensure fast, friendly, and accurate transactions (sales, returns, exchanges, etc.)
• Help resolve customer concerns and escape issues when needed
• Reinforce company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures
• Perform opening and/or closing duties as assigned
