In this hands-on leadership role you’ll guide associates, manage checkout flow, and ensure the sales floor is organized and ready to serve customers.

You’ll model Burlington’s values, handle frontline scheduling, and resolve customer concerns while collaborating with store leadership.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail experience preferred.
• Experience in off-price, big-box, or specialty retail is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead front-end operations and checkout flow.
• Direct associates during shifts and adjust priorities.
• Resolve customer concerns and escalate when needed.
• Maintain stock, merchandising standards, and store organization.
• Perform opening and/or closing duties and schedule breaks.
• Troubleshoot register issues to minimize disruptions.
