Job summary

Burlington Stores in Buffalo, NY is seeking a Full-Time Customer Experience Lead to drive a positive shopping experience and front-end operations. You will lead by example, oversee checkout flow, coordinate staff, and ensure accurate transactions while supporting merchandise flow and stock organization.

You will work with store leadership, motivate associates, and help resolve customer concerns with a focus on safety, policies, and exceptional service.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail experience preferred (off-price, big box, or specialty retail environments are a plus).
• Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lead and motivate associates in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to deliver excellent customer service across the store.
• Support and coordinate daily front-end operations, including checkout flow and line management.
• Direct associates during your shift, adjusting priorities to meet business needs.
• Ensure fast, friendly, and accurate transactions (sales, returns, exchanges, etc.).
• Troubleshoot routine register issues to minimize service disruptions.
• Assist with merchandise flow and maintain organization in stock and support areas.
