• Minimum 1 year experience in a similar role such as administration assistant.
• Preferred: 1 year in auto body or similar environment with customer service experience.

• Schedule appointments for vehicle repair using CCC One and related scripts.
• Retrieve insurance assignments and obtain repair authorization documentation.
• Prepare RO work packet with QC checklist, work order, parts list and windshield tag.
• Record all communications with customers or insurance partners in CCC One notes, update rental info.
