Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking a Customer Service Representative to deliver exceptional customer experiences and manage administrative tasks for the Repair Facility Team. You will handle insurance relations, scheduling, and vehicle repair workflow with CCC One and ARMS systems.

The role requires strong multitasking, attention to detail, and excellent communication. Prior customer service in an auto body environment is preferred; valid driver's license is required.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Minimum 1 year experience in a similar administrative role.

Responsabilidades

• Execute the WOW operating plan consistently.
• Schedule vehicle repair appointments using CCC One and scripts.
• Retrieve insurance assignments and obtain repair authorization documentation.
• Prepare RO packets with QC checklist, work order, parts list and windshield tag.
• Record all customer/insurance communications in CCC One.
• Confirm rental information and update CCC One with rental usage.
• Manage ARMS throughout the day and align with CCC One.
