Gerber Collision & Glass in Ohio seeks a Customer Service Representative to deliver exceptional customer experience in collision repair. You will manage relationships with customers and insurance partners and provide administrative support for the Repair Facility Team.

You will schedule repairs using CCC One and Daily Demand Capacity Planner, coordinate rental vehicles via ARMS, and document communications with customers and insurers. Valid driver's license required.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1 year experience in a similar administrative/CSR role.
• Preferred: 1 year in auto body or similar environment with customer service experience.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver exceptional customer experience and manage relationships with customers and insurance partners.
• Schedule appointments for vehicle repair using CCC One and Daily Demand Capacity Planner.
• Retrieve insurance assignments and obtain repair authorization documentation.
• Prepare RO work packets with QC checklist, parts list and windshield tag.
• Record communications with customers/insurance partners in CCC One.
• Confirm rental information and update CCC One with rental usage.
• Manage ARMS to ensure vehicles are tracked in CCC One.
