Job summary

Five Below in Pittsburgh is looking for a motivated store leader to guide crew toward delivering an outstanding customer experience. You will train associates, supervise daily operations, and support stock handling to ensure fast, friendly service at checkout.

The role requires at least 1 year of management experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to multi-task in a dynamic retail environment at an entry level wage.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of management experience.
• High School Graduate or equivalent; college experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to multi-task; creative thinking; maintain composure under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Ensures crew members wow the customer through personal contact and fast, friendly checkout experience.
• Oversee daily activities of store associates and ensure excellent customer service.
• Assist with receiving, unpacking, and organizing new stock for quick shelf placement.
• Act as Manager on Duty, taking responsibility for store operations and staffing.
• Manage opening/closing procedures, cash handling, alarms, and daily readiness.
