Responsibilities

• Oversees receiving, unpacking, and organizing stock for quick floor placement.
• Manages setup and maintenance of displays and seasonal updates per guidelines.
• Handles opening/closing duties, secures cash, locks doors, and sets alarms.
• Acts as Manager on Duty for operations, staff, and customer service.
• Oversees daily activities of store associates and customer service.
• Supports onboarding and ongoing training of associates.
• Drives sales and controls expenses through merchandising and staff performance.
• Executes market plan with signage and inventory integrity.
