Job summary

Five Below is seeking a Store Manager to lead a dynamic team in delivering exceptional customer service and driving store results. You will oversee front-end operations, merchandise standards, and daily opening/closing duties to ensure a WOW customer experience.

As a manager, you will recruit, train, coach, and supervise crew members, coordinate with the store manager, and uphold brand standards while maintaining a safe, welcoming environment for guests.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or equivalent.
• College experience preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task.
• Creative thinking.
• Ability to maintain composure under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Ensures all crew members are Wowing the Customer through personal contact with customers.
• Trains the crew on the BEST customer service experience; ensuring fast, friendly checkout.
• Leads assigned store to achieve and maintain customer service score goals.
