Job summary

The TJX Companies, Inc. is seeking a capable frontline leader to promote a highly-satisfied customer experience across registers and sales floor.

You will mentor Associates, manage cash handling, and ensure adherence to policies and safety standards while coordinating breaks and coverage in a dynamic retail environment. With a focus on teamwork and excellent service, you will contribute to loyalty initiatives and store-wide programs while supporting Merchandising and Loss Prevention policies,

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in customer service and cash handling.
• Ability to train and mentor Associates on frontline tasks.

Responsibilities

• Promote a highly-satisfied customer experience and drive loyalty.
• Lead frontline teams through training and mentoring of Associates.
• Manage cash controls and ensure accurate transactions and records.
• Assign registers, coordinate breaks, and ensure coverage at frontline.
• Maintain cleanliness and merchandising standards on the sales floor.
• Uphold safety, labor laws, and company policies across operations.
