Job summary

Role models outstanding service and leads by example in a retail environment with a focus on collaboration and development. Responsibilities include training Associates, managing POS coverage, and maintaining store standards while ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.

Responsibilities

• Trains and coaches Associates on front-end principles.
• Ensures adherence to labor laws and store policies.
• Maintains a clean, organized store and safety standards.
• Addresses customer concerns promptly and professionally.
• Partner with management on training needs to improve performance.
