Job summary

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent degree preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Able to train and provide direction to others.
• Able to run a register and handle money.

Responsibilities

• Promotes a “Highly Satisfied” customer experience and drives loyalty.
• Trains and mentors Associates on frontline policies and procedures.
• Manages cash controls and currency handling.
• Assigns registers and coordinates breaks to ensure coverage.
• Maintains cleanliness and merchandising standards on the frontline.
• Adheres to all labor laws and safety policies.
• Other duties as assigned.
