HomeGoods, part of the TJX family, is seeking a frontline associate to promote a highly satisfied customer experience and drive loyalty. You will train and mentor Associates, assist with register transactions, and ensure adherence to policies while supporting coverage across the store.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience in retail or customer service is a plus.

Responsibilities
