Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent degree preferred.
• Available to work flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
• Able to work as a team member and provide direction to others.
• Able to run a register and handle money.

Responsibilities

• Lead frontline to promote a highly-satisfied customer experience.
• Train and mentor Associates on frontline policies, procedures, and cashier performance.
• Maintain cash controls and monitor change fund.
• Assign registers and coordinate breaks for optimum coverage.
• Uphold merchandising and safety standards on the frontline.
