HomeGoods, a TJX Companies store, is seeking a team-focused associate to lead frontline operations and ensure a Highly-Satisfied customer experience in a fast-paced retail environment.

You will support training, assist with register transactions, and help maintain store standards while promoting safety and efficiency. The role requires flexibility to work evenings and weekends, with various opportunities to grow within the TJX family.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent degree preferred.
• Available to work flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
• Able to lift heavy merchandise and train others.

Responsibilities

• Drives customer loyalty through programs and initiatives.
• Addresses customer concerns and issues promptly.
