Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Available to work flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
• Able to work as part of a team and provide direction to others.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Able to operate a register and handle money.
• Able to train and mentor Associates on frontline procedures.
• Able to lift heavy merchandise with or without accommodations.

Responsibilities

• Promote a highly-satisfied customer experience and drive loyalty.
• Develop and mentor frontline Associates through training on checkout and store policies.
• Coordinate register coverage and breaks to ensure optimal frontline staffing.
• Maintain cash controls, balance drawers, and process transactions accurately.
• Provide recognition and constructive feedback on cashier performance.
• Maintain store cleanliness and organization on the frontline and queue-line.
• Adhere to labor, safety, and loss prevention policies.
• Support merchandising standards and store operations as assigned.
