Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent preferred.
• Flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
• Ability to work as a team member.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Experience as a coordinator or retail supervisor preferred.
• Able to lift heavy merchandise.

Responsibilities

• Promotes a highly satisfied customer experience.
• Drives customer loyalty through programs and initiatives.
• Trains and mentors Associates on policies and procedures.
• Maintains cash controls and approves paperwork when needed.
• Assigns registers and coordinates breaks to ensure coverage.
• Maintains cleanliness and merchandising standards on the frontline.
• Ensures safety and compliance with labor laws.
