The TJX Companies, Inc. is seeking a Frontline Supervisor at HomeGoods in Towson, MD. You will lead associates to ensure a highly-satisfied customer experience, train staff on cashier procedures, and maintain cash controls while supporting store operations on the floor.

We value teamwork, reliability, and a proactive approach to resolving customer concerns. Flexible scheduling including evenings and weekends is required.

Qualificações

Responsabilidades

• Lead frontline to promote a highly-satisfied customer experience.
• Mentor Associates on frontline execution of register transactions.
• Maintain cash controls and process transactions accurately.
• Coordinate breaks and shifts to ensure coverage.
• Uphold merchandising standards and store policies.
• Assist with training and coaching to improve performance.
