Job summary

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent preferred.
• Available to work flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
• Able to work as a team member and provide excellent customer service.
• Able to lift heavy merchandise with/without accommodations.
• Experience in retail coordination or supervisory roles is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Promote a highly-satisfied customer experience and loyalty.
• Train and mentor associates on policies and procedures.
• Manage cash controls and register operations.
• Ensure store is clean, organized, and compliant with safety policies.
• Coordinate breaks and assign registers for coverage.
• Address customer concerns promptly and professionally.
