Job summary

The TJX Companies, Inc. in Ohio is seeking a dedicated supervisor to lead frontline teams at HomeGoods. You will promote a highly satisfied customer experience, train Associates on policies, and ensure efficient register operations and coverage on the sales floor.

You will uphold cash controls, merchandising standards, and safety while coordinating breaks and assisting with store-wide initiatives. Strong communication and team leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
• Able to lift heavy merchandise and assist customers.
• Experience in retail supervisory or coordinator role preferred.

Responsibilities

• Promotes a “Highly Satisfied” customer experience and drives loyalty.
• Trains and mentors associates on policies, procedures, and cashier performance.
• Assigns registers and coordinates breaks for frontline coverage.
• Maintains cash controls and ensures adherence to labor policies.
• Upholds merchandising standards and loss-prevention policies.
• Monitors frontline equipment and communicates issues to management.
• Supports safety, cleanliness, and organization on the sales floor.
