Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Available to work evenings and weekends.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Able to lift heavy merchandise with/without accommodations.
• Able to train and provide direction to others.

Responsibilities

• Leads the frontline to promote a highly-satisfied customer experience.
• Trains and mentors Associates on frontline policies and procedures.
• Maintains cashier controls, monitors registers, and coordinates breaks.
• Ensures merchandising standards and safety on the sales floor.
