Job summary

Responsibilities

• Ensures crew wow the customer through personal contact and fast, friendly checkout.
• Leads the store to achieve customer service score goals set by management.
• Oversees front-end operations and merchandising to brand standards.
• Handles opening/closing procedures, cleanliness, and stock readiness.
• Performs store-manager duties in the manager's absence.
• Partners with store leader to recruit, train, coach, and supervise crew.
