Job summary

Whole Foods Market is seeking an Associate Team Leader to support the Team Leader in driving Customer Service and E-Commerce programs. You will oversee checkout, grocery delivery and pickup, and supervise daily operations to optimize efficiency, safety, and customer satisfaction.

You will coach Team Members, monitor key performance indicators, and ensure health & safety compliance while fostering a positive team environment and alignment with company values.

Qualifications

• 18+ months retail experience including 6+ months of supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Delivers outstanding customer experience; and holds all Team Members accountable for delivering outstanding customer service.
• Establishes clear expectations for balancing in-store customer service and completing online orders.
• Monitors in-store and online customer flow; assigns tasks balancing the needs of all customers.
• Monitors the schedule to maintain in-store needs, online order capacity, and labor budget.
• Develops, coaches, mentors, and motivates Team Members to sustain a high performing team.
• Maintains cleanliness and security of workspaces and equipment.
