Whole Foods Market, Inc. is seeking an Associate Team Leader to support the Team Leader in delivering exceptional customer service at the checkout and overseeing grocery delivery and pickup programs.

You will drive safety, quality of online orders, and a top-notch pickup experience while optimizing team productivity and adherence to processes. You will monitor performance metrics, coach Team Members, and collaborate with store leaders and partners to ensure smooth operations and compliant

Qualifications

Minimum 18 months in retail with at least 6 months in supervision.

Responsibilities

Delivers outstanding customer experience and holds Team Members accountable for service.
Establishes expectations for balancing in-store customer service and online order completion.
Monitors in-store and online customer flow; assigns service tasks to balance customer needs.
Monitors schedule to meet in-store needs, online order capacity, and labor budget.
Maintains knowledge of competitors and industry trends; responds to customer questions and concerns.
Develops, coaches, mentors, and motivates Team Members to sustain high performance and reduce turnover.
