Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass in Kahului, Hawaii, is looking for a Customer Service Representative to help our team deliver WOW in every touchpoint of the collision and glass repair process. You will schedule repairs, manage insurance communications, and assemble RO packets with QC checks, rental details, and parts lists using CCC One.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year in a similar role such as administration or customer service.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment with strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Schedule vehicle repair appointments using CCC One and internal scripts.
• Retrieve insurance assignments and obtain repair authorization documentation.
• Prepare RO work packets with QC checklist, parts list, and rental indicators.
• Record all communications with customers or insurers in CCC One.
• Manage ARMS entries and ensure alignment with CCC One data.
