Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking a Customer Service Representative to deliver an exceptional customer experience and manage insurance relationships. You will coordinate repair scheduling in CCC One, prepare repair orders, and track rental details while communicating with customers and partners.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED and 1 year of admin or customer service experience; automotive environment experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required or equivalent
• 1 year of administrative or customer service experience preferred
• Experience in auto body or repair environment is a plus

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and manage customer and insurance relationships
• Schedule vehicle repairs using CCC One and related tools
• Process repair orders and track rental information
• Maintain accurate communication logs with customers and insurers
