Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking a CSR to deliver an exceptional customer experience, manage relationships with customers and insurance providers, and provide administrative support for the Repair Facility Team.

You will schedule repairs, coordinate authorizations, prepare repair order packets, and document all communications through CCC One while ensuring rental information and ARMS data are accurately tracked.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1 year experience in a similar administrative/customer service role.
• Preferred: experience in an auto body or related environment.

Responsibilities

• Ensure consistent execution of the WOW plan.
• Schedule vehicle repair appointments using CCC One and scripts.
• Obtain repair authorization documentation from insurance assignments.
• Prepare RO work packets with QC checklists and parts lists.
• Record all communications with customers and insurance partners in CCC One.
• Update CCC One with rental car information and ARMS notes.
• Monitor ARMS and ensure entries reflect in CCC One.
