Job summary

Von Maur, Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Counter Associate to enhance the store’s information and support services. You will greet customers, handle phone inquiries, assist with charge accounts, and prepare purchases for shipment while maintaining an organized department.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Own the customer experience by greeting customers warmly.
• Answer a multi-line telephone and direct customers as needed.
• Provide customer charge account services, including opening accounts and processing payments.
• Prepare, box, and wrap purchases and online orders for shipment.
• Calculate service counter and store cash work and prepare deposits.
• Maintain a clean and organized department.
• Be available to work on-site for day, evening, and weekend shifts.
