Qualifications

• Provide courteous customer service at the counter.
• Answer multi-line telephone calls and direct customers appropriately.
• Assist with customer charge accounts, including opening accounts and processing payments.

Responsibilities

• Own the customer experience by greeting customers warmly and thanking them.
• Answer a multi-line telephone and route inquiries as needed.
• Provide customer charge account services and answer questions.
• Prepare, box, and wrap purchases and online orders for shipment.
• Calculate service counter and store cash work and prepare deposits.
• Maintain a clean and organized department and be available for on-site shifts.
