Job summary

You will train Associates on store front-end principles, assist with loyalty programs, and ensure smooth POS coverage while coordinating breaks and safety practices. Ideal candidates will have 1 year of retail experience and at least 6 months in a leadership role, with strong communication and multitasking abilities.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail experience and 6 months of leadership experience.
• Flexible schedule including nights and weekends.
• Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Promotes an excellent customer experience.
• Trains and mentors Associates on front-end principles and loyalty programs.
• Assigns registers, coordinates breaks, and ensures POS coverage as needed.
• Addresses customer concerns promptly and maintains a positive environment.
• Ensures tasks align with store plans and priorities; communicates progress to management.
• Promotes safety and adheres to labor laws, policies, and procedures.
• Supports loyalty and credit programs and helps shrink reduction initiatives.
