Job summary

On Site Companies is hiring a Customer Experience Coordinator to deliver exceptional service by resolving issues on first contact and guiding customers through product and pricing questions. The role supports both phone and online inquiries, with a Monday–Friday schedule from 7:30am to 4:00pm in Minnesota.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year in customer service or sales, strong problem-solving ability, and excellent communication.
