Job summary

Dal-Tile Distribution, Inc. is seeking an entry-level Sr Customer Experience Coordinator - SSC to handle customer inquiries, coordinate orders, and support the department with a variety of administrative tasks.

The role offers exposure to customer experience processes and an opportunity to grow within a large tile and stone manufacturer. Based in Dallas, the position requires in-office work five days a week, with a standard daytime shift.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent education and/or experience.
• 0-2 years relevant experience or equivalent education and/or experience.

Responsibilities

• Handle daily tasks related to customer experiences such as calls, orders, delivery status, claims, and other department responsibilities.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
• Work proactively to resolve customer issues and provide timely solutions.
• Coordinate communication with customers and associates.
• Serve as a customer experience resource for other associates.
• May be responsible for some warehouse and inventory tasks.
• Maintain accurate and organized records of customer interactions and resolutions.
• Provide basic analysis using experience or standard procedure to solve problems.
• Perform other duties as needed.
