Job summary

Dal-Tile LLC, the largest tile and natural stone manufacturer in the U.S., seeks a Supervisor Customer Experience (SSC) to lead and evaluate the Customer Experience teams. You will oversee daily activities, coordinate with the company and customers, and drive high levels of service and support.

Qualifications include a bachelor’s degree or equivalent, 4–6 years of relevant experience, and 0–3 years of management experience preferred. In-office work 4 days a week at Dallas location.

• 4-6 years relevant experience or equivalent education and/or experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing plans and schedules for efficient use of people and technology to ensure optimal service delivery.
• Review and analyze business requirements; propose solutions to streamline processes and improve service turnaround time.
• Supervise, motivate, coach diverse staff; monitor performance and address deficiencies.
